Conrad Murray's attorneys to return to court

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Attorneys in the trial of Michael Jackson's doctor will return to court on Wednesday, now that both sides have had a chance to see raw footage from the singer's last concert rehearsals.
The footage is a major factor in the wrongful death case against Dr. Conrad Murray.
Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly giving Jackson a lethal dose of sedatives. He has pleaded not guilty.
Both sides hope the footage will support their arguments about Jackson's physical condition when he died. The defense wanted to see if the video shows evidence of Jackson being sick shortly before his death.
Jury selection in the case is scheduled to begin in September.
