How to make a commitment and keep it!
Dear blog subscribers and friends: 2011 is going to be an exciting year. Commit to creating the healthy changes you have been desiring. Commit to being a better father or a better mother. If you found this blog post you have the resources to seek out the information that YOU need for FREE. Commit to change one thing, whatever it is. If you feel guilty that you don’t make your child lunch commit to make lunch every Tuesday. Do the same for whatever your short coming is, reading a bed time story, being home for dinner, attending ballet practice or basketball games. Whatever it is commit to show up the same day every week. Make it a routine, then make it a habit. Celebrate! Repeat.
